How Is Sonic Relief™ Used?

Sonic Relief™ is very easy to use and treatments can be administered to oneself or by someone else if mobility is an issue.

The first step is to apply a dab of Sonic Relief™ conductive ultrasound gel (approximately 1 inch in diameter, and 1/4 - 1/2 inch deep) to the round head of the device. Ultrasound gel is used to reduce friction between the head and skin, and acts as a conductor of the ultrasound waves.

Then, plug the device into the wall and turn the unit on so that the light comes on. Slowly rub the head of the Sonic Relief™ directly over the afflicted area in a circular motion. Make sure that the head is parallel with the surface of your foot and that the area you're treating has a layer of gel on it. Keep going until your Sonic Relief™ automatically turns off. Clean any leftover gel off the unit using a dry or damp cloth.

All treatments are 10 minutes in length. During the treatment the head of the ultrasound device must be kept in constant motion. If the device is held in one place for more than few seconds, a build up of the sound energy could result and produce discomfort.
