Returns Policy

We are so confident in our product that we offer a 60 day money-back guarantee from the time of order. If Sonic Relief does not work for you, just send your unit back and we will refund your payment - no questions asked.

We've sold more than 40,000 units and have a 98% satisfaction rate.

We will be responsible for all the shipping charges if we ship the wrong or defective items, otherwise, we will refund your payment amount less any shipping charges. Packages that include free shipping will have $25 deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost that we incur.

To Return a Unit For a Full Refund

  1. Fill out our Return Form within 60 days of purchasing your Sonic Relief.

    Do not return your unit via Courier.
    Units returned via UPS, Purolator or Fedex will have brokerage charges deducted from the refund.
    Please return all units by MAIL for a full refund.

  3. Mail using a method that includes shipment tracking.
    We cannot refund money for items that we do not receive.

  4. On the shipping label Please mark clearly Return For Refund

  5. Please include the name and original shipping address inside the box (sending your receipt is helpful)

  6. We will refund the purchase amount of the ultrasound unit when we receive the complete unit back - no questions asked

  7. We will also refund the purchase amount of all unopened ultrasound gels as well. The small tube that comes with the unit is yours to use. Feel free to use it all as it does not affect your refund.

  8. We are not responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
