Shipping of Sonic Relief Portable Ultrasound Units and Ultrasound Gel is provided by Canada Post.
We ship anywhere in the world and have received orders from all corners of the earth - from Germany to Kenya and Australia to America.
Please note that overseas orders could experience significant delays in crossing customs. In particular, orders sent to Australia are being held up at customs due to a backlog in their system and could take 8 weeks or more to arrive.
We will not refund any charges related to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order.
International Delivery
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery as products are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Please appreciate that prices to all parts of the world are not the same and although we try to keep the price to the flat rate charges different destinations or heavy consignments will increase the cost. Please feel free to place your order and we will let you know if there is any problem.
Our charges to you will cover all postage, packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying. Any additional taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

- Order 3 or more tubes/packs of Sonic Relief Ultrasound Gel and receive free standard shipping.
- Shipping is not charged on gel orders if accompanying a Sonic Relief Portable Ultrasound device.
- We cannot ship on weekends - all references to shipping days mean 'business days'.
- Refunds - any refunds given will be payment less any shipping charges paid.
- Please note that while we take every possible measure to ensure that orders are received in a timely manner, due to post-9/11 customs regulations, we cannot guarantee delivery times for orders shipped to the USA.
Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 Noon EST.
We charge a $10 fee for shipments that are incorrectly addressed or that must be re-routed after we've shipped an order. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip or postal code or other addressing error (ex. incorrect or missing apartment number) you will be charged the $10 fee we are charged by our shipping company.
Delivery Times
All products are shipped by courier. We do not ship on weekends, only on 'business' days. Standard delivery times are as follows:
