Make sure the transformer is properly on the device and also into a regular North American wall socket.

The Sonic Relief has a 10 minute automatic shut-off - the light and the unit will turn off after 10 minutes use. To restart your Sonic Relief to treat another area, simply push the button again.

If you encounter any adverse reactions to the gel or the ultrasound treatment, discontinue use immediately.
