To Return A Unit:

  1. After filling out the Return Form below you will receive a confirmation email. Please print this out and place it inside your box for shipping.

  2. Firstly, securely pack all of the items to be returned into a box as well as the printed confirmation email as it has identifying information that will allow us to process your return.

  3. Secondly, securely tape the shipping label to the box – or send to:

  4. IMPORTANT: Returns must be shipped in a trackable manner – Shipping methods that provide shipment tracking options include UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS or CANADA POST. Sonic Relief will not be responsible for packages that are lost during the return process if no tracking information is provided therefore all return packages must be sent with tracking information.

  5. Once Sonic Relief has received your return, your refund will be processed and the payment amount (not including any shipping cost) will be refunded to your original payment method.
